^ this is our new and improved art cupboard

our supplies are:
-paper punches
-letter stamps
-pom poms and popsicle sticks
-air dry clay and supplies
-scrap tissue paper and homemade mod podge (white glue and water)
-recycled materials (corks, bubble wrap, paper tubes, and egg cartons)
-lined paper book and blank paper book
-chalk
-animal stamps
-pastels
-branch coloured pencils
-crayons
-coloured pencils
-markers
-glue, tape, scissors, hole punch
-large paper
-stickers
-scrap paper
-foam paper
-tissue paper
-chalk board
-paper in variety of thicknesses and colours
-paints (water colours and temperas) and supplies (brushes, sponge, water jar, pots and holder, and paint tray)

i also got large boards that you can see in the pics so that i don’t have to worry about making a mess of the table. they are so easy to pop on the table and provide a great surface. i also find art stained surfaces beautiful. so the more stained they get the more beautiful they become.

and it inspired us to do lots of artwork this week

^ watercolours on wet paper. the wet paper made the paint really spread and run. it was very soothing to watch
